Oregon State Sponsored* Home Repair Loans

Columbia Cascade Housing Corporation is now accepting pre-applications to assess the need for a regional Home Repair Program in Wasco and Hood River Counties.  Under this program, low and moderate-income homeowners may receive $25,000 for repairs and upgrades to their homes using local contractors through a deferred payment, zero interest, loan.

Priority health and safety activities including lead-based paint abatement/removal, septic tanks, private sewer lines and drain fields, private water lines and wells and asbestos tests, inspections, and assessments.  Improvements necessary to fulfill reasonable accommodation requests will also be considered a priority.
