The Department also processes all utility billing and collections for the City's water and wastewater utilities.  The Finance Department prepares a wide range of internal and external financial reports for use by other organizations, City Council and its commissions, and City staff as well as the general citizenship.  We also maintain all accounting ledgers for the Urban Renewal District and Promotion funds separate from City accounting ledgers.
